Brookfield recognises that the match between our clients and our Care Worker is exceedingly important. Both clients and their relatives are encouraged to participate in decision making with respect given to personal choice and the encouragement of independence.
Every client has an individual Care Plan with their needs and preferences clearly defined. Reviews are held regularly and Care Plans are updated accordingly.
