We aim to provide a quality domiciliary service to enable clients to remain in their own home and maintain their independence. We help to maintain a clean, comfortable and safe home environment, as required by each person’s individual needs and preferences.
Services can be provided on a temporary basis for as little as 30 minutes per week up to and including full time long term care for 24 hours a day. Some of the services we provide are:

We provide services to adults over the age of 18 with the following needs:
- Dementia
- Mental Health problems
- Sensory impairment
- Physical disabilities
- Learning disabilities

- Challenging behaviour
We accept clients with the following types of funding:
- Private clients
- Local Authority funded clients
- Continuing Healthcare funded clients
- Individual payments clients
Brookfield recognises that the match between our clients and our Care Worker is exceedingly important. This service is monitored, and ensures that the client’s are able to exercise their rights, choices and preferences as individuals. We ensure everyone is afforded privacy, dignity, compassion, independence and respect for their confidentiality. Both clients and their relatives are encouraged to participate in decision making with respect given to personal choice and the encouragement of independence.
Every client has an individual Care Plan with their needs and preferences clearly defined. Reviews are held regularly and Care Plans are updated accordingly.
Our staff all receive training which is on-going at all times.
