Respite Care

Those who care for an older person at home need to be able to take a break – without worrying about the welfare of their loved one.
The staff at Hoylake Cottage offer the ebst quality of care in a homely environment. With 24hour nursing from Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants trained to levels 2 and 3 NVQ, carers need have no worries when they leave someone with us.

The Respite Care is accessed through a social worker who will make all the arrangements and if appropriate will fund the period of Respite. You can call us on 0151-632-3381 and speak to the Administration Assistant to find out whether we have a vacancy for a particular period. However you will be advised to speak to a social worker to confirm the booking. Alternatively if you choose to use your personal budget to pay for a period of Respite yourself then we can book the place without contacting a social worker.
