Gill Beesley is the Registered Manager with CQC and overall manager here at Hoylake Cottage. Gill is a Registered Nurse Learning Disability and has over 30 years experience in various clinical and senior management roles in health and social care. Before joining Hoylake Cottage in 2016, Gill was the Regional Director for Merseyside for a large Northwest based Charity who supported people living with mental health or learning disability.
Marnie Sutton is the Clinical Nurse Manager who oversees the running of the nursing unit here at Hoylake Cottage. Marnie is a Registered General Nurse and has over 30 years experience in cardiology and medicines. Marnie joined Hoylake Cottage 10 years ago.
Emma Mathison is the Team Leader on our Dementia unit. Emma is a Registered General Nurse and has over 30 years experience in medicines with the elderly, NVQ teaching and assessing. Emma joined Hoylake Cottage 10 years ago and has been responsible for the running of the dementia unit for the last 6 years.
Amanda Latham is the Team Leader on the middle floor. Amanda is a Registered General Nurse with 10 years experience in orthopaedic trauma and end of life. Amanda joined Hoylake cottage 9 years ago
Sarah Lamb is one of the Team leaders on the ground floor. Sarah is a Registered General Nurse and has over 30 years experience in elderly medicine. Sarah joined Hoylake Cottage 19 years ago
Natsuko Isa (Nat) is one of the Team Leaders on the ground floor. Nat started her nursing career in Japan, qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 2003 and worked in a city hospital. Nat is experienced in cardiac and respiratory problems. In 2015 Nat completed the oversees nurses programme and became one of the RGNs here at Hoylake Cottage in 2016
Denise McGuigan is the Business Support Manager. Denise has over 30 years experience in Business Management. Before joining Hoylake Cottage 7 years ago, Denise had various business management positions in the local authority, Oxfam and the construction industry
Liz Burrell is the Finance Manager. Liz comes from an accountancy background. Before joining Hoylake Cottage 9 years ago, Liz worked in Accountancy and Office management for a document management company.
Lois Brady is the Fund Raising Manager. Lois has been in this role for 6 months. Lois has vast experience in business management and sales. The role of fundraising is relatively new, and we are looking forward in being very successful in raising plenty of funds for Hoylake Cottage.
